Tips To Love Yourself
Loving yourself is also a subject you need to research and study. However, It’s not a textbook subject. This is like your own subject, you need to apply it into your own life.
1- Know yourself
It’s impossible for self-love if you don’t even know who you are, who you want to be. To know who you are, will take time, maybe just 1 day, 1 month, or even 1 year. But it’s ok. No matter how long it is, the most important thing is to understand yourself, listen to your soul, receive and accept them to become a better version day by day.
Sometimes you’ll need to change to be the best of who you are. Changing here doesn’t mean that you have to change your hobbies, it means you need to change from a negative lifestyle to a more positive one every day. Most especially, we know out there still have people who change who they are based on other opinions. Always remember that you were born to live and own your life, and it’s like a book. You are the author of your own life. Do not let anyone have the right to decide your life, especially don’t allow anyone to decide the character you want to be.
2- Put yourself first

Remember, don't feel bad about doing this. Especially women, who can get used to putting others first. Although there’s a time and place for this, it shouldn’t be your habit that can cost your mental or emotional well-being.
Please love, cherish yourself no matter what, take time to recover both mentally and physically. When you understand and love who you are, that’s ưhen you can spread those good vibes to people around you.

3- Don’t make yourself a copy of anyone

We know that every one of us has at least one idol, they are talented, beautiful, and perfect. Idols can also inspire you to get better every single day, but forcing yourself to be like them is an act that must be stopped. Use them as inspiration, motivation to become the best version of you, don’t imitate them to become a second copy. Always remember, you are the only version in this world of more than 7 billion people, you are only the best, happiest, most beautiful when you are who you are.
4- Receive a good vibe only
Each of us will carry different energy vibes, that is why it is impossible to blame those who bring toxic energies to your life. They’re not going to take responsibility for your own life, so the only thing that you can do is step away from negative vibes, and lifestyles.
Protect your energy, don’t be afraid to do this. It’s not rude or wrong to remove yourself from situations or the company of people who are draining you.
More than that, you also can recharge yourself based on your daily habits. Get started on a new fresh day with a lovely outfit, which makes you confident and comfortable. Listen to your favorite music, which can change your mood a lot. Let’s choose a song that makes you want to sing, and dance wildly while no one is around you. Making a dish you love, reading a book that you’ve wanted to complete for a long time, decorating your house the way you want it, or going to exercise to be stronger and release bad energy out. Just listen to yourself, what you want to do.

5- Forgive
None of us are perfect, maybe you will make mistakes this time but don’t beat yourself up for them. Making a mistake is like a lesson for each of us so we won’t make the same mistake next time. Don’t be too hard on yourself but know when it is enough.
The amount of time you made a mistake is the number of times you will learn - Just remember all the lessons are priceless.
Feeling trifling, guilty will only make your mood worse. However, forgiving yourself doesn’t mean letting loose, indifferent to what you did wrong. Forgive means you know exactly what your mistake was, get a new start for the next challenge, and take more responsibility for your actions. Try don’t let the same mistake happen again.
